I gained a lot of experience working for, and with, a wide variety of people during the ten year period after I sold my business ...

I had the privilege of seeing at close hand the difference between very successful business people, and some of the less successful ones.

The funny thing was that the successful ones seemed to make just as many or even more mistakes than the not so successful ones ... they just seemed to make them, and learn from them, a lot faster.
